Mr. Pool, Thank you for taking a moment from your busy day to let us know how we are doing, while we are not proud of the score, reviews like yours always help us to sharpen our skills. Addressing the diagnostic time, I'm not sure why there was any confusion on your part? In reviewing the transcript of the appointment call we received from your wife on February 10th, 2025 at 09:06 AM, the discussion of the 48 hour policy happened at the 5:48 mark, and your wife acknowledged the policy by saying "okay". With respect to your accusation of deception, our advisors simply report what our technicians see. If they see evidence of a defect in factory workmanship or materials, then we submit that to the warranty company for prior authorization, and await their approval. When one of our customers comes in with a warranty, we hope the problem you're experiencing is covered, because it makes it a lot more affordable for you, and the warranty companies usually have deeper pockets. That said, when the technician sees evidence of physical damage, we report that as well, unfortunately, that is not something that is covered by your warranty, but in some cases, it may be covered by your automobile insurance. Your advisor probably would have taken the extra time to explain that to you, had you not become belligerent, drop a few F-bombs and stormed off. Since you made your purchase at a Lithia dealership other than ours, you will need to service it there going forward. The Jeep store is fully capable of managing your service and warranty claims, and if it needs to come to us for something specific, they can bring it to us on your behalf. Dear Ms. Duron, Please accept our apology for your less-than-stellar experience. This is not how we want one of our new customer's first service visits to go. When it comes to routine maintenance we can get customers in and out with ease. However, when it comes to appointments that require a Certified diagnostician, we have been struggling the past few months. Due to a combination of a nationwide shortage of highly skilled certified technicians, and our service department losing a couple to due to illness and relocation, we have been struggling to keep up with the demand of a market that has had an influx of people relocating with Hyundai's. We are working diligently to get staff recruited, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this. We are getting our arms around this problem and hope to have the wait times down considerably as we get new staff hired on and certified.
