Worst customer service ever. They did not bother to tell us that it takes 2 days to diagnose the problem even with an appointment. They finally got the trailer lights to work on my 25 santa cruz. . But that took several phone calls and I had to go in person to get that set up because I did not receive a call back. When I picked up the truck I was informed That’s during the last install they forgot to install a part and that was causing the lights not to work. I was also told that there are no trailer brake controller built-in to this truck. I was told the previous week by a manager and two parts people that the trailer brake controller was built in and that they called Hyundai itself and that it was built in and that that it was automatic sensing. now I find out I have to spend more money to get trailer brakes on this truck. I bought the truck in November and I have yet to be able to pull my trailer. If I would’ve known,it was this hard to have a hitch, wiring and trailer brakes put on I would’ve not bought the truck. More
Only review service center. 10 days for a diagnostic test is unacceptable. Should have better service than that.
