They finally got the trailer lights to work on my 25 santa cruz. . But that took several phone calls and I had to go in person to get that set up because I did not receive a call back. When I picked up the truck I was informed That’s during the last install they forgot to install a part and that was causing the lights not to work. I was also told that there are no trailer brake controller built-in to this truck. I was told the previous week by a manager and two parts people that the trailer brake controller was built in and that they called Hyundai itself and that it was built in and that that it was automatic sensing. now I find out I have to spend more money to get trailer brakes on this truck. I bought the truck in November and I have yet to be able to pull my trailer. If I would’ve known,it was this hard to have a hitch, wiring and trailer brakes put on I would’ve not bought the truck. More
Only review service center. 10 days for a diagnostic test is unacceptable. Should have better service than that. I loved your service Department especially Lance Smith whom I dealt with for 10 years. I did all the service recommendations as they were due and it had 160,oooplus miles when I decided to get a 2025 new whom I dealt with for 10 years. I did all the service recommendations as they were due and it had 160,oooplus miles when I decided to get a 2025 new car . Unfortunately I was not in love with any 2025 models in Hyundai .I hope I have as good luck with the service department in my new car. I have been in twice. Once for a recall and once for brakes. When I was in for the recall I asked to be called when my car was ready. I got no call and when I called to check could not get a hold of anyone. My car was finished sooner than I was told but I waited because I did not know if it was done. I ended up waiting over 3 hours for a job that was done in 1 hour. The service advisor did not care. The second time Lace helped me. He always provides excellent customer service so I had no issues. This makes me not want to return because I could not find out if my car was ready. More
