I also appreciated the post-service rundown of all that took place and the results/findings. A minor point but still worth pointing out ... the service checklist shows the front floor was vacuumed and front/rear windows were washed, however, they were not which does make me think a bit about what else may have been checked as completed but may not. My takeaway is the front-line staff is well-trained, professional, and friendly, all things I appreciated. Thank you to all! More
