I contacted Lokey Nissan through the CarGurus app and the next morning I got an immediate reply. Although the sales rep that contacted me did not stay for the confirmed appointment, Maroun jumped right in to next morning I got an immediate reply. Although the sales rep that contacted me did not stay for the confirmed appointment, Maroun jumped right in to speak with me. Maroun made every step of the process streamlined. When I went to make the final deal the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the vehicle was fueled, cleaned and ready for a test drive.
