I was not happy that when I was sold a car that was not detailed and has roaches. I'm happy that I bought the car but I was surprised that they let me leave with it in the condition it was. I was told to make an appointment to bring it back and as part of the sale i was told they would detail it, get a scratch out from the side driver's door and then when I told them it had roaches they said they would take care of it. Well my appointment for my detailing was at 2pm and it was not done till almost 7pm. It was not communicated with me when I made the appointment that it was going to take this long. They did not get the scratch out and I'm still killing roaches in the car. I was told that there is only one guy who can get my scratch out and he only works Fridays. Being that this is a big commercial dealership I have a hard time believing that and I don't think they did any treatment for roaches because I'm still seeing them. I'm a two time customer of this dealership but I think when it's time for me to trade up I will be going somewhere else. My overall car buying experience this round was below average. I usually prefer to go to dealerships like this because I appreciate the "first class" treatment but I really wasn't feeling it this round like I did when I bought the first car from you guys. More
