Along the process changed it to a tag transfer without informing us of the change. Did not follow up on signature documents and told us he was sending them and did not. I was call and offer a discount to replace the same part on both side of front of my car. When my sob took it he was toldthe quote was for one side and there was no discount of 200.00 applied. This is long but shows what you get. I bought a 2024 Armada which was a demo. Driven by the managers wife I was told. But purchased the vehicle as new. But this is what I dealt with. My fault not dissecting every little piece of the vehicle because I assumed being sold a new vehicle it would be new inside and out. After the purchase we notice there was a tear on the middle storage unit for the middle row and a ton of scratches and marks. There was also food located in between seats and under seats. And was missing parts to the seats. Not a huge deal as the vehicle was brought back “an inconvenience” but they cleaned and fixed the issues. After bringing the vehicle home a second time we noticed there were paint chips missing all over the vehicle which again I understand the vehicle was driven so cosmetic damage may happen. But if you sell it as New then the dealership should have fixed the paint prior to selling it as new. The last thing that has happened was I was notified from the Mazda which is the vehicle I traded in. I was late on my payments and it was past due about a month. Mean while we are at 30 days since I purchased the Nissan. So I call Mazda and find out they have reached out to Nissan 3 times asking for the documents to pay off my loan. And they didn’t get any response. So I had to call the dealership myself on multiple occasions to have them send over the paperwork for this issue to be settled. So in the end my credit possible takes a hit because it looks like I missed my payment and I was over due. I was told by Nissan it was all taken care of which it wasn’t. I called Mazda and found out documents where still missing. So I had to again contact Nissan. The fact I had to do all of this extra work for about a month to have the car fixed and my trade paid off is so unnecessary and un expectable. Not that anything can happen at this point to make it right. But I just want other people to know how much of hassle this dealership has put me though for a “brand new” vehicle. I love the Armada but I will not be going back to Lockey Nissan More
