We decided to turn our New Years Weekend into a search for a new truck. Surprisingly other dealership didn't feel the need to attend to our needs when it came time to purchase. After dealing with dealerships in our area closing early due to "nothing going on" we were pleased to have just to opposite experience with Lokey. We were able to set up our meeting with Ricardo online. So once we arrived we waited a matter of minutes until we were greeted. After a short walk of the nicely stocked lot, we were already test driving a Nissan Frontier SV. We went with the Crew Cab, but let me add, not at any point in our experience with Lokey and Ricardo were we ever persuaded, pressured, or lied to(yes other dealerships lied about tow capacity) to move up to a more expensive model. Bravo. Tony in the financing department was quick to finalize our deal, and funny enough was the owner of our exact truck, color and all. We can say enough good things about Lokey. As with any new item we did have some punch list items to address. Although I was a little nervous, as promised Ricardo followed up with me every other day for the first 2 weeks of our purchase to make sure all issues were taken care of, and that we were enjoying our new ride. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I highly recommend Lokey Nissan, and ask for Ricardo! I have purchased 6 cars in the past 12 years, this was the best buying experience for my wife and I by far.
