I have never dealt with a more rude and had horrible experience than dealing w the collision shop and Ron. After being stressed for two weeks of paying for my own car rental and the expense They fin experience than dealing w the collision shop and Ron. By both Infiniti Clearwater and Infiniti tamoa. Ron’s attitude w me was horrible “What do u want me to do about it Laura”. “U probably hit a curb”. Both mechanic at both dealerships looked and my car and stated there was no evidence and the Clearwater mechanic stated the cone to spindle was not tightened throwing the alignment off. Clearly a mistake made by the collision shop. And told them to just do the right thing and help this lady out and fix her car. Ron continued to have nothing but attitude Thank goodness for Tampa Infiniti for making the repairs and providing me w a loaner and took only 3 days. My last oil change took and hour and a half and I had made an appointment ahead of time. I was so upset when I left I didn’t even get my car washed because I just wanted to leave. When I went for oil change during mandated masks for the county only a few had them on in service and sales, when I asked about it I got no response very disrespectful!!
