Somewhat sloppy approach across the line Example 1: I come with a brand new car for the first oil change and protective plastic under the car is hanging down. There was no visible damage on the plastic surface so we concluded it is not the owner's responsibility and will be fixed while oil change was performed. I am here talking about one missing screw. The car comes back with plastic still hanging down! Example 2: After a car accident I brought my car to the collision center to fix the front end. After the car was fixed I drove it for several weeks and one side of the front bumper popped out. I brought it back to be fixed. I must say I was greeted nicely, car was "fixed" but the same issue returned after a few days. Good Example: With my oil changes I include the tire rotation. On my last oil change, the service adviser told me the measurements look good and I don't need the tire rotation. Just to be fair, I am bad with names, and I only added Antony to "10 employes" section. More
