There are many things I don't like about this dealer. #1 They sold me a car with read damage but they did not disclose it #2 After much hassling the sales person provided me with a stick of paint. Useless #3 When you bring vehicles in for oil service they don't put stickers on the windshield #4 They also don't reset any dash lights. #5 They've been told about these issues and continue to repeat them #6 This review requires you to rate people you may not even know. Because of that I gave them all 1 star. Fix your dang review. Dumb. #7 A Brand New Rogue the AC stopped blowing after 6 months. A filter had to be replaced. Sounds like known factory defect to me. So no, I do not recommend them. More

I did not purchase my Nissan at Lokey but have been servicing my vehicle there. After repeat problems with work I pay for actually being performed, I will be using a different Nissan dealership. I can servicing my vehicle there. After repeat problems with work I pay for actually being performed, I will be using a different Nissan dealership. It's a clean and comfortable dealership to be in. I've only dealt with the rental and the service department, which were both excellent and seemed to care about what was going on. I was greeted with a friendly smile by Dylan in the Service department. He could not have been anymore friendlier than he was! He arranged a ride for me to go home and in less than 5 minutes I was on Service department. He could not have been anymore friendlier than he was! He arranged a ride for me to go home and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way! My oil change, car wash and vaccum was finished in an hour. I can’t say enough nice things about Dylan! He is definitely an asset to Lokey Nissan and I appreciate his kindness! More
