Failed in Customer Service Very friendly during the sale. Agreed to tow our Kia in for trade in since the engine was seized up. After MANY texts, calls and emails, it took 3 we Very friendly during the sale. Agreed to tow our Kia in for trade in since the engine was seized up. After MANY texts, calls and emails, it took 3 weeks to get a tow to show up for our car. Rude responses. More

Over all a terrific experience I will continue to go to this dealership for all of my maintenance on my car and in the future when I decide to trade up. I went to many dealerships b I will continue to go to this dealership for all of my maintenance on my car and in the future when I decide to trade up. I went to many dealerships before this one and all of the staff were either arrogant and pushy or they wanted to pull my credit report before they let me test drive a vehicle. This one was the most pleasant to work with and even when I got my first oil change it was a very pleasant experience. This is the first time I have bought a new car from a dealership and even though it is not super close to my house I will continue to use them. 10 out of 10 stars! More

Used SUV sale I am pleased with the vehicle. However, the buying experience with the sales manager not so much. The vehicle was advertised for a set price As a cert I am pleased with the vehicle. However, the buying experience with the sales manager not so much. The vehicle was advertised for a set price As a certified preowned. When I tried to buy it the sales manager added on the dealer cost of getting it certified and the costs to correct the matters. Not a good practice if it’s advertised as a certified for a set price. I also took delivery and the door dings were not fixed as promised. I’m having difficulty getting it to the dealer to fix dings due to work and Tuesday is the only day they fix those issues. The salesman was fine. More
