Shannon was amazing from the first call to the completion of the repair. The collision techs were awesome as we couldn’t tell there were ever any scratches and it was as good as new. Easy to reserve service but website would not process request for service beyond regular maintenance even though service required was recommended by you on previous visit Service was preformed after I request for service beyond regular maintenance even though service required was recommended by you on previous visit Service was preformed after I had to switch advisor and wait for him to be available. When I arrived home with the vehicle I found greasy fingerprints on the interior. The service agent was very knowledgeable and helpful it appears to be your website and QC which need to be addressed More
