Craig London is second to none! I give my salesman, Craig London, a 5 star review. He is unlike any other salesman I've worked with in the past, as he focused on my goals and didn't I give my salesman, Craig London, a 5 star review. He is unlike any other salesman I've worked with in the past, as he focused on my goals and didn't try to upsell me on anything. If one car didn't work out we hunted down another. Overall a pleasurable experience. I give the remaining staff a 4 star review, other than one particular person. I'm not stating any names as I will continue to take my car to lokey for ongoing servicing, but I'm sure the GM of this facility would not be happy with what I experienced as a 3rd party. The issue is not connected to my car buying experience, but it is an internal affair that needs to be addressed. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Craig and I will visit him for my future car buying needs! More
