Above & Beyond the Call of Duty I would like to thank the team at Lokey Nissan (GM- Chris, GSM - Bruno, F&I - Brent, & Sales - Craig London) for going out of their way to get my wife I would like to thank the team at Lokey Nissan (GM- Chris, GSM - Bruno, F&I - Brent, & Sales - Craig London) for going out of their way to get my wife the exact vehicle she wanted. The Kicks is a new model and very few are available at any given Nissan dealership. The team at Lokey Nissan spent several days contacting other dealerships in an attempt to dealer trade for a Kicks with the exact color scheme and options that she wanted, only to find out they had already sold or dealer traded the vehicle my wife wanted. Once they located a vehicle, they communicated with us and coordinated a time to get right into F&I. My wife's new Kicks was detailed and ready to go when we arrived, and Craig took his time to show my wife how all the new features work, so that she felt comfortable driving away in her new vehicle. This level of service is exactly what we've come to expect from Lokey and is the reason why this is the 4th vehicle we've purchased there. More
