Brought my Murano in for a nail in the tire and the driver's window was having problems going back up. Couldn't give me a ride home on the shuttle because I live 14 miles away and would not get me a lo driver's window was having problems going back up. Couldn't give me a ride home on the shuttle because I live 14 miles away and would not get me a loaner. Tire had to be replaced so I was prepared to purchase a second tire so I would have two new tires on the same axel. Turns out a second tire also had a nail in it and needed to be replaced. So both replaced under warranty. Said one of my front tires was near time to replace, 4mm tread left. So sold me a tire for that. Paid $360 bucks for a tire I could get at Discount Tire for under $230. Said I would have to come back to get the window fixed. So I drove through rush hour traffic to drop it off on Tuesday morning and they gave me a loaner. After purchasing 12 cars from Lokey you figure I would get a little better customer service. Maus Nissan is 3 miles from my house. Looks Like I'll see if they can treat me better More
