The tech had installed a new ac device behind my dash and in the process broke the Center vents and lost a button for the radio. But Chuck gowast this all corrected within 3 days and my wife was ecstatic bec in the process broke the Center vents and lost a button for the radio. But Chuck gowast this all corrected within 3 days and my wife was ecstatic because part of the radio button had been Lost by the detail guys a couple of years ago and was not addressed until I mentioned it to Chuck and he immediately had it handled when they repaired my ac vents. I am extremely happy with the help and service that Chuck has given me through the past 3 cars I purchased at lokey and my other two vehicles. Even though I live in Polk county about 2 hours away, I will keep using lokey as long as Chuck is there. More

Was not impressed with your fast talking finance associate. Seems now a days the contract has found it’s way to a computer instead of an actual document. He rambled through so fast a lot of informat associate. Seems now a days the contract has found it’s way to a computer instead of an actual document. He rambled through so fast a lot of information was breezed through without truly understanding. When I returned home and actually read what he was saying I discovered I was taken for thousands of dollars of items I would have opted out of. I have since learned there were only 3 items I should have paid for. I also learned that a dealership makes most of their money from this one employee. The financier. I for one won’t fall victim to these tactics again. Dealerships are becoming a thing of the past. People talk. They tell each other about the deals they made and the rip-off they incurred. No I have not much good to say about your sales dealings. More
