I needed my driver side mirror replaced, something that should have taken a couple of days took over a month. Initially they had my car in the shop for 3 weeks because they had to order parts, then come to should have taken a couple of days took over a month. So then I had to wait for the part to come in which took another couple of weeks. Communication has been very one-sided; I’ve had to reach out each time to get an update. They left bits of glass on my car seat and did a terrible job with the trim which they are yet to fix and again I will have to call to find out if the part has come in as it has been over a month and I haven’t heard from them. Extremely poor attention to detail and overall very unhappy with the service. More
