I’m very disappointed with your concern for your customers as soon as you sign a deal. You asked me if I wanted to sell my car or buy it, I had been leasing it. So I said maybe and then I said yes and then they give me all transactions, I had it financed through my credit union instead of Nissan Finance, so I’m thinking they would inform Nissan that I wouldn’t be paying them, but no when the end of the month came around the Nissan still took it out of my bank account. When I called the to ask if they had informed them that I wasn’t being financed by them anymore I was told that I had to do that, not them, it was my account. Ok if that’s the policy why didn’t someone explain that to me? It may have been my account but I never was in any contact with them, everything had been done when I leased the car by the dealership. I guess car lots will always be the same, call them what you want, but all that care and concern they show while making a deal, disappears as soon as you sign a paper!!! More

Lokey Nissan is great on e you lease your car they take care of you soup to nuts if you get the oil change & service plus program they change the oil & wash your car too & theres an awesome waiting room wi care of you soup to nuts if you get the oil change & service plus program they change the oil & wash your car too & theres an awesome waiting room with a really cool coffee robot.
