I had to rate the dealership or the survey would not proceed. They don’t deserve the 1star I had to give to proceed. Chuck the service rep was the epitome of male chauvinist . He kept me waiting in front of him while he carried on working on his computer not even acknowledging me when I said good morning.When Chuck did acknowledge me he said “what are you here for” and then continued to berate me as to why I had made a service apt for a Saturday morning at 11 . When I left disgusted by Chuck’s rude behavior another service man said “ oh you leaving so soon?”I informed him that I was treated badly and he proceeded to say “ that must have been Chuck …he has a way of rubbing people the wrong way”So people …if you don’t want to have the same bad experience make sure you don’t book your appointment with Chuck …as even though Chuck has a bad reputation NOTHING will done about it . More

1 had an appt at 7:30 on the 16th for tires. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and saw my car in the lot. So I thought it was waiting for a car wash. After another hour I went to see Anthon I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and saw my car in the lot. So I thought it was waiting for a car wash. After another hour I went to see Anthony. He was looking for my keys. He left for a few minutes and came back and said it's waiting for tires. I said I have been waiting for 3 hrs and it just sat there. WHY? He said the tech was working on a car and I was next in line, it would be another hour. I said get my keys, i don't have time for this xxxx. I am having surgery. If the tires would have been there Tuesday i am sure we would not have had this problem, but my time was very valuable on Wednesday. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I called him Saturday and left a message about rescheduling. I never received a phone call back. This is customer service at its finest! More
