Chuck Shnitiker was absolutely tremendous as my Son was only in town with the Rogue for the day from Miami. He told us due to the amount of clients that day it could be 2-3 hours and since we needed to hav only in town with the Rogue for the day from Miami. After just a little more than an hour to maybe 1 1/2hrs and 2 visits from Chuck giving me updated info he came out and told us it was Done. He made us extremely happy since it meant we would be able to spend some quality time with our Son. If it weren't for Chuck and Kevin Massey I don't know if we'd be driving the 90-120 minutes from our home in Lakeland for service. But until they are no longer available at Lokey we will be very Loyal and happy customers. We have purchased the last 3 cars there and will continue to do so as long as they are with you! More

Dissapointed when i went to fix a nail in the tire they lied and said i needed to replace the tire and i went to a different tire place and they just fixed it. Service rep decided that my car didn't need a tire rotation. I didn't ask if I "needed" one, he just opted to make that decision for me. Not sure if it's because I am a female. My car is a sports car and I drive it pretty aggressively and I take pride in taking care of my car. Waiting for the next oil change would have been way over the tire rotation recommendation. I had to make an appointment on my day off again two weeks later because he decided I didn't need the tire rotation. I was VERY disappointed. He got me in front of the line when I had to come back because they were telling me it would be a 2 hour wait. Besides just being wrong, I had to go back again on my day off with my 2 year old daughter. And he told me that he knows I "like" my car sarcastically. Me wanting to properly service my car has nothing to do with me "liking" my 'sports' car, it has everything to do with taking care of my vehicle and he should know better, as should this dealership.
