Chuck Schnitiker is the best service advisor we've ever had. He's fair and helpful. Doesn't force things that are unnecessary down your throat. Lokey has taken care of my whole families vehicles for the pa had. He's fair and helpful. Doesn't force things that are unnecessary down your throat. Lokey has taken care of my whole families vehicles for the past 25 years and as long as they have chuck I'll be coming back. We live a two hour drive away and still come back to Lokey like it's around the corner. More

Needed to get a rim repair. Ended up showing up for 3 different appointments they scheduled for me, just to be told each time that the guy who does the rim repair wasn't in or h Ended up showing up for 3 different appointments they scheduled for me, just to be told each time that the guy who does the rim repair wasn't in or had left already. I wasted multiple hours that I took time off work and ended up waiting in the waiting room for an hour or more each time just to be sent home without any progress. Last appointment they made me a 4th appointment to cone back but called me the day before to say they still hadn't gotten in contact with him. Last I heard from them, they were going to get in contact with him to confirm when he'd be back in & then call me back to reschedule my appointment... that was a few weeks ago and I still haven't heard back More

Dealer had (unknowingly, supposedly, spare was brand new) sold me a car with the wrong shaped spare tire (lugs were right but rotor hit the wheel)… they made it right by ordering the correct one and having i sold me a car with the wrong shaped spare tire (lugs were right but rotor hit the wheel)… they made it right by ordering the correct one and having it shipped to them, even storing it for a few months when I couldn’t get back to pick it up.
