I have been taking my Nissan's to Lokey for service for about 15 years. The service advisors have all been honest about any maintenance my car needed, even a couple of times stating my car did not need wor about 15 years. The service techs have taken the time to show me things when I haven't understood what needed to be done. I highly recommend Lokey for service & I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from them. Kevin Massey is a saint. I had just gotten a new tire put on a week earlier and had come back from a road trip with two nails in my tire. I was scheduled to work all week and was struggling to keep enough ai on a week earlier and had come back from a road trip with two nails in my tire. I was scheduled to work all week and was struggling to keep enough air in the tire to get to work. I had called to make an appointment to replace the tire and was told I couldnt get in for at least a week. I decided to try to show up in the morning before work and see if Mr. Massey could help me in any way. He pushed me to the front of the line and had a new tire put on in under an hour and I wasn't even late to work! Everytime I stop by he makes the experience lovely. Hes very personable, helpful and genuinely kind. I very literally only go to him for help since I purchased my Altima from Lokey, he is a invaluable member of the staff and I am thankful for all he does. More
