Late but thankful I never recieved a call to pick my car up once it was done with service. great place, great service It is always a pleasant experience when taking my car to Lokey Nissan for it's standard check-ups and oil change. I usually sit and wait for my car in the waiting area which is stocked with drinks, snacks and a comfy area to sit back and watch their big screen TV. they keep me updated frequently on my car's status and it is usually done sooner than expected. great place! Saved by “the bell” I was initially unhappy with the service from the start because there was a 30 min wait for the courtesy vehicle to take me back to my office. I came I was initially unhappy with the service from the start because there was a 30 min wait for the courtesy vehicle to take me back to my office. I came during the week and was told I could drop the vehicle off and they would have one of their courtesy vehicles take me back to my office. Had I been told that there was only one courtesy vehicle and that the wait would be so long, I would’ve chosen another time to come in. However, by the time the courtesy vehicle arrived, they were done working on my car. So it all worked out in the end. But knowing what I know now, I’m concerned for my next visit, should it happen to be during the work day again. More
