Bad oil change I went to get my oil changed 12/24/18 They closed by 12 that day. I originally was thankful they were able to get me in but a month later My truck I went to get my oil changed 12/24/18 They closed by 12 that day. I originally was thankful they were able to get me in but a month later My truck is telling me I need to service engine oil soon. Which makes me think they took it back & did nothing. Outside of that the service staff were friendly & helpful. More
Poor service On September 12, 2018 I brought my daughters 05 Nissan Xterra in for a problem. I explained to the service rep that the camshaft sensors was replaced On September 12, 2018 I brought my daughters 05 Nissan Xterra in for a problem. I explained to the service rep that the camshaft sensors was replaced 3 times because that’s the only code the computer would show. The car keeps stalling out and will not start despite the repair. I asked that the wiring and or computer might be the cause and have the mechanic please check this possibility as well. When I returned to find out what the problem was I was told that the camshaft sensor was bad. I asked if anything else was checked. He did not know. I was allowed to speak to the person who performed the work. I found out that he was unaware of any conversation I had with the service rep and just plugged it into the computer and went by the code. I made it very clear to the rep that the problem could not be in the sensors after having 3 different people check and replace them. He seemed more interested in telling me how good there mechanics are then in what I was saying. Not listening to or caring what the customer was saying led to poor results. I cost me about $100.00 and 3 days’ time to hear the same story as the first 3 places and still I have no working car and no answers. So much for bring it to the dealer. More

Anthony was great The service Coordinator didnt schedule my appointment correctly so I had to come back a second time to get what I needed completed which was an extrem The service Coordinator didnt schedule my appointment correctly so I had to come back a second time to get what I needed completed which was an extreme hassle as I was moving out of state and didnt really have the time to bring my car back a second time. The receptionist was rude to say the least. It took me 4 times calling back to back to get to the service advisors after asking and getting transferred to a service coordinator or a catch all voicemail. The free vacuum and wash was kinda pointless since my floorboards weren't vacuumed nor were my seats. But it is free, so I'll take what service i get. Anthony was absolutely fantastic and took care of me and my vehicle and I'm sad I wont be able to visit the store again. More

I did and it is. Thanks! As to the rest of the service, it was top notch! They pointed out what to expect expense wise in the next 6 months to a year which is great for budgeting😁 More
Battery lived a short life. My 2017 Altima barely started 2 times and then would not start on xmas eve. had road service jump it and was okay till next business day. Battery tested not ok so they installed a new one under warranty and has been ok since then. More
