We had a great experience with Josh! We came in to look at a certified pre owned Tiguan, and ended up leaving with a certified pre owned Tiguan that has nicer package! He was such a kind person and made it a fun experience! He was very knowledgeable about the different trim packages and the safety of the vehicle and made us feel so comfortable. He also worked well with Dominic in the finance department to get us the deal we were looking for! Everyone was really nice and helpful. I had many questions and they were all answered and they didn't hesitate to answer and make me feel like I was being a pain.
