The waiting room was very dirty and when I got my car back I had greasy hand prints on the hood, drivers door and steering wheel. This was my first service on my brand new car. We had recently purchased a Volkswagen in Orlando. We were visiting Clearwater Beach for our daughters wedding and our air-conditioning was not working. We found Lokey Volkswagen and Brian offered to put were visiting Clearwater Beach for our daughters wedding and our air-conditioning was not working. We found Lokey Volkswagen and Brian offered to put some Freon into our air-conditioning and give us a loaner car for the day so that we would not miss the wedding. Everything worked out wonderfully very happy with the customer service.! More

Service Department will NOT fix the problem. Bought my truck at this dealership. Had four new tires and had breaks replaced. Since then I have been back four times for squeaking breaks and nothing has bee truck at this dealership. Had four new tires and had breaks replaced. Since then I have been back four times for squeaking breaks and nothing has been done, and was told they will not do anything to fix the problem. Did not squeak before breaks were replaced, My son bought a car from this location. Will never buy a car here again because of the service department also will never have them do any repairs again.
