I received an email stating I needed an oil change, via the email I scheduled my appointment, I received emails to remind me of my appointment, and a phone call to verify I was going to show up to my appoi the email I scheduled my appointment, I received emails to remind me of my appointment, and a phone call to verify I was going to show up to my appointment. When I go there I checked in and waited, waited and waited close to the 3 hr mark. On what planet does it take 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. When i was checked out I was told the tire rotation would be comp'd and I should of be routed to the express service section for my oil change....lol Mind you that is an internal process and I have no control in where the service desk aligns their work efforts. Regardless of the placement, how does a service manager justify 3 hour oil changes when the person has a legit scheduled appointment. In my opinion 2hrs of my earning potential was stolen out of my pockets that day. More

All I can say is the experience was great. I literally needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sen needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sent me as much information and pictures as possible. She kept us up to date and did a fabulous job of working with me through the entire process. You all know that seeing the car and test-driving the car, in-person, cannot be replaced with pictures.
