This dealership was wonderful. I walked in knowing the exact make and model of VW I wanted. I came in on an event that was happening. I walked out with my desired vehicle, while trading in my current vehi exact make and model of VW I wanted. I came in on an event that was happening. I had a medical issue while in a lease in a car that I loved but was more then I could now afford to keep. The folks at Lokey used their charity fund to help me get out of my lease and into a used car tha loved but was more then I could now afford to keep. Have an issue with my vehicle. Told part was not going to be in for 2 weeks. Inquired after 2 weeks and was told they have no idea when part would be in but car was safe to drive. Asked to speak to the to be in for 2 weeks. Inquired after 2 weeks and was told they have no idea when part would be in but car was safe to drive. Asked to speak to the Manager who did not speak to me and was told Atlases have this problem and they don’t know why. Talked to my salesperson who told me they would find out what was going on and call me, never got a return call. Decided I did not want to continue dealing with issues with the car 3 months after leasing and getting no answers so traded it in. More
