I would not recommend this dealership. My husband and I were underwhelmed. We worked with Marcus, AJ and Phil. They appeared to be friendly and helpful but at the end of the day they were self-serving and were underwhelmed. We worked with Marcus, AJ and Phil. Key Take-Aways: (1) If they keep you waiting for more than 2 hours, especially if you have good credit,... LEAVE . (2) If your vehicle is not clean before you test drive it, ...DON'T DRIVE IT OR CONSIDER IT as what you see is what you’ll get. We purchased a vehicle, which took five hours, and was provided with Lokey's "We Owe" promise that they'd detail the purchased vehicle. We came in for a midweek appointment for detailing. Three hours later, they had not touched the vehicle. Good customer service encourages people to tell others and it's a good way to have repeat business. Neither will occur from us. “Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.” –Walt Disney God bless them. More

Tom Suggs (Tom), is an outstanding salesman on my Christmas purchase for my daughter. Tom was extremely patient with me and exceedingly helpful. When it came time to make a decision, I was not at all hesitant in saying, "Lets move forward". Tom felt more like a friend rather than someone trying to just make a sale. Tom is an outstanding individual and gentleman. I consider him a friend, when I return to Lokey for my next purchase; I will look him up for my next purchase. Went in unsure of whether or not I wanted to let go of my Passat - I can say only good things about VW's, my previous car was no exception. Douglas and the Lokey Team worked to give me a killer deal. Went in for an oil change and to have a recall addressed. Work was completed fairly quickly, the only thing was that the window sticker telling when it’s due again was not replaced - I’ll have to make note.
