Less (Alessio) made the car buying process extremely smooth. I was a first time car buyer and while I know about cars, I had no experience with the how they are sold. He didn't pressure me into anything and wanted to ensure I was comfortable before signing any paperwork. Can't recommend this guy enough if you are ever in the market for a VW. I didn't anticipate leaving with a new car, but he made the process painless, stress free and easy. I originally had scheduled a test drive of the Tiguan. It felt too big after owning various Mazda's for the past 15 years. Now I'm the owner of new Taos. Alessio didn't pressure me into something I didn't need. He was patient and worked with me on finding what worked with my families needs. He knew all the answers to my questions. I never felt pressured in any department of Lokey. The financial department was also a breeze. I appreciated everything being explained by friendly employees that didn't treat me like a number. Everyone at this dealership deserves gold stars.
