Just bought my 2nd veh from a Lokey dealer. Great communication, easy to work with salesman and managers. I removed one star because of the amount of time it took to do the final paperwork. Completed communication, easy to work with salesman and managers. I removed one star because of the amount of time it took to do the final paperwork. Completed negotiation at 3:30 but didnt drive away until 7:30. It seems there was only one man in that office and several customers to process. Overall quite pleased...I will be back for my next vehicle. More

It's a great day at Lokey!!!!! I made an appointment and brought my VW Golf in for an oil change and to have the Automatic Cruise Control checked. After being greeted by Brian, Ant I made an appointment and brought my VW Golf in for an oil change and to have the Automatic Cruise Control checked. After being greeted by Brian, Antonio, Eric and Joe (my salesman from last August) came over to check on my progress. Brian kept me informed about the status of the work, and Alex came out and explained the intricacies of the Automatic Cruise Control. It's this attention to detail and excellent service that has brought me to Lokey VW since I moved to Florida 35 years ago (it was Dimmitt VW then) for my 1984 Quantum (bought in California), 1998 Golf, 2000 Rabbit, 2004 Golf, 2008 Golf, 2012 Golf, and now my 2020 Golf.
