Love my car, and when I can, run away to Wisconsin, as a single woman, my transportation has to be reliable. Easy breezy, made my appointment on line, Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, the 80,000 mile razzle dazzle, knowing that ”the guys in back” would find hidden issues and catch them before they become a problem, fixing the stuff unseen by me. As a service , they washed my car, which I appreciated, What I also saw was a less than half hearted attempt to vacuum out my cars black interior, sorry fellas, either do a thorough job , or skip it all together, nothing else was sub par work,.. but what I could see, and what was paid for in labor costs to the dealership, you could have taken the extra 5 minutes, to do it right.
