Never pushy... always patient. Had an issue with the finance part of the car. Wanted car in my name but it was put in my husband’s. Asked about it and was kinda dismissed. I didn’t appreciate that . Now everything for the car comes to my husband’s email, etc. this was a little frustrating. Overall, good experience... Guy was great and if I hear of anyone looking for a VW, I will definitely send them his way. More
