Parts The handle to adjust the passenger seat in our 2019 Tiguan broke, about three months ago. I asked for it to be fixed at our scheduled oil change. I was informed it would have to be ordered, and we would be called. We received a call about two months later, scheduled the appointment for 8:15. At 8:45 I was told they ordered the wrong part, and would be called when in. Hmmmmm. Received the call three days later and scheduled the second appointment. More
