LokeyVW-Ready,willing,and able to work for their customers. I had to have my car towed to Lokey VW for reasons beyond my understanding. ie: Engine wouldn't turn over. I had it towed by AAA and dropped off at th I had to have my car towed to Lokey VW for reasons beyond my understanding. ie: Engine wouldn't turn over. I had it towed by AAA and dropped off at the service department. The employee met me and the tow truck driver and said that they (Lokey staff) would take care of it and get back to me with the results, and to have a good day. I contacted Lokey VW later that day to check on the progress, praying that it wouldn't be much ($) and easy to fix. Well, the employee replied, "we couldn't find anything wrong with the car. We started it, took it for a ride, checked out the diagnostics and nothing showed up, everything looked fine. You can pick up your car anytime." We hung up, I was puzzled to say the least. I went to pick up my car, they gave me my key, bid me good day and sent me on my way. Much thanks goes out to Lokey VW staff for caring for their customers. More

Salesperson Jamie Belval was an absolute pleasure to work with - his attentiveness and consideration made the buying process enjoyable, easy to understand, and low stress from beginning to end. General Sales Manager Rob Remeikis was very accomodating and worked hard to ensure we ended up with a win-win situation. Finance Manager Caleb Schweitzer was extremely organized and very talented at patiently and clearly explaining complex finance terms. Would absolutely purchase from them again - I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to straight to Lokey - 5 Star customer service! More
