Excellent Service I purchased a vehicle at Lokey VW in Sept 2018 it came with free lifetime oil and filter change service. Oil change grunge Went to dealer for 180,000 mile oil change on my 2006 Jetta. Could tell from drips on the grill, engine, technicians sucked oil from dipstick tube rat Went to dealer for 180,000 mile oil change on my 2006 Jetta. Could tell from drips on the grill, engine, technicians sucked oil from dipstick tube rather than draining from below. Left oily hand/foot prints all over. When I departed hood was not latched, when I pulled over to secure hood, found top engine trim plastic not installed. Inattention to detail! More

Atlas 2018 Purchase I had an overall 9.5/10 experience at Lokey. My car was delivered to me in perfect shape after about a five day process. I’m not giving ten stars because I was told I would get it in 4, but the person who did the touch up paint didn’t show up or something. So that bothered me a little. But Zach was very nice and helped make the process easier. Brad took me on my test drive weeks prior, and he was really easy going and nice to talk with, as well. More
