I felt we were not told the complete truth about this car. Not until the eleventh hour did we know this was a high performance vehicle. I'm 82 why would I need high performance. Poor salesmanship. They are inconsistent with customer service. When buying the car, it's great, when getting repairs or if you have any trouble it's not so great. Also, the woman answering your phone should have a greeting and give her name, and just be more curteous in general, maybe they need more phone service training in general. More

Credit application was submitted to 3+ banks with my name misspelled. We received denial letters from each bank showing the credit score of some other person with a similar name. The APR we received from Lok misspelled. We received denial letters from each bank showing the credit score of some other person with a similar name. The APR we received from Lokey was 9% even though I expressed concern it was high. Refinancing now and got 6%. More
