The service team at Lokey VW is top notch. I drive quite a bit so I am there frequently for routine services. They always get me in on time and provide fairly accurate time estimates as to when the service a bit so I am there frequently for routine services. Normally no issues but lot porter back car into jack and put hole in bumper and battery terminals were loose. Had to tighten when arrived at the house. Service rep was up front about the damage, but could n put hole in bumper and battery terminals were loose. Had to tighten when arrived at the house. Service rep was up front about the damage, but could not fix that day, so we have to wait I’ll we return home to have our bumper replaced. Found battery terminals loose after arriving home and turning car off, clocks and radio reset themselves and checked terminals and could easily move them, Tightened myself. Normally I would give 5 stars but couldn’t for this visit. More

I recently had a slow leak in one of my tires and the Service Dept found a nail embedded on the inside wall of my front right wheel.
