Not Notified Services Had Been Completed (1) I dropped my auto off at the dealership for a 1 pm service appointment. Brian Belviso, Service Advisor stated he would call me once the service ha (1) I dropped my auto off at the dealership for a 1 pm service appointment. Brian Belviso, Service Advisor stated he would call me once the service had been completed. I called the dealership at 4:30 pm and asked how much longer and I was told the service had been completed. (2) When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed the courtesy wash has not been performed. Brain stated he would have it washed. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour I asked another service advisor how much longer (Brain's shift had ended). He checked Brian's box and there was my key. My car had been washed and parked out front for sometime. Very disappointed with the lack of notification (twice in one day). More

Great service, squeezed me in for urgent work in my 2009 Bug. But only the van driver was wearing a mask. Every time I visit I am charged ridiculous amounts of money with lack of information and no replacement vehicle offer .
