My buying experience at Lombard Ford was terrific! It went by so smoothly and painlessly!! These folks are truly helpful. The minute I walked through the door Mr. Lombard greeted me. I was very flattered he offered to have the service dept. air up all my tires of the Hyundai Azera I decided to trade in (one tire was all I was concerned with). Mr. Lombard also offered me $110 more than my trade in value, which I greatly appreciated. Moving onward, my sales rep., Mark Jones was excellent! Mark always kept me well informed about my 2016 Toyota Camry and responded promptly to any questions I have (he still does). Mary, in the admin. offices was great as well, made me feel at ease with her pleasant personality and like Mark kept me well informed. Furthermore, I was floored by the financing package, rate and warranty coverage, Mike Mans, the financial manager put together for me!! My monthly payment was fairly low even with the GAP insurance! Lastly, how could I forget about their dedicated driver , Henry, who has the special assignment of assisting the clientele with registrations?? He's very well versed with the paperwork! I was very impressed he met me out at the Pittsfield RMV. , which was far from the dealership. Henry often helps the customers re: the transactions by going out of state. He made me feel very comfortable and provided awesome customer service! These folks really go out of their way to accommodate their customers and definitely go that extra mile to assist you. I highly recommend them. Unlike other dealerships , who pressure you they make you feel relaxed and at home. They're also very fair and keep the buyer very informed. Early I know with my Camry, but it's running GREAT thus far! Pray that continues. To the staff at Lombard Ford: keep up the outstanding work!! God bless. More

I brought my Focus in for a Works Package and to please check for something leaky under the hood. They found it, fixed it under my genuine Ford Extended Service Plan....Premium Care! I dealt with the service dept. My 2016 F350 diesel tow vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rob tried to find the necessary part @ a regional dealership. While the computer inventory said that it was in stock vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rob tried to find the necessary part @ a regional dealership. I brought the vehicle in & a temporary repair was made which allowed me to continue my trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. Highly recommend this service dept who went beyond the call for me.
