I brought my Focus in for a Works Package and to please check for something leaky under the hood. They found it, fixed it under my genuine Ford Extended Service Plan....Premium Care! I dealt with the service dept. My 2016 F350 diesel tow vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rob tried to find the necessary part @ a regional dealership. While the computer inventory said that it was in stock vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rob tried to find the necessary part @ a regional dealership. While the computer inventory said that it was in stock the parts dept @ that dealership couldn't locate it. I brought the vehicle in & a temporary repair was made which allowed me to continue my trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. Highly recommend this service dept who went beyond the call for me.
