Was given an acceptable offer for trade-in, but monthy payments not what we wanted, Salesman came back with the payments in the range we wanted we signed the paper agreeing to the purchase and the trade-i payments not what we wanted, Salesman came back with the payments in the range we wanted we signed the paper agreeing to the purchase and the trade-in only to be told in less than 5 mins they could not do the deal with the payments as such. We were in a hurry because we were have a new grandbaby being born. I think it was the old bait and swith method of getting us to sign. The salesman was all apologtic and said he had made the mistake of getting the wrong paperwork. After thinking about it awhile we should have held them to the payments they had quoted and we had signed for. I wonder how many other people this has happened to by this dealership. Seems if the dealership does this as a habit they need to be more careful about the paperwork they have the customers sign. Do we plan on going back probably not to buy only for work. Had to have bodywork done on new truck three days after purchase, the body shop personnel was great. More
Service was poor after deciding to buy the vehicle.They had the vehicle twice and did not complete the agreed upon written items to fix. One scratch was colored in with a black marker. The whole experience was a hassle including the experience in the showroom once it was agreed to buy the vehicle. It took a long time and had to go through two offices. The price of the vehicle that was agreed upon was changed on the agreement but this was reversed but I did not appreciate this deception. My check was returned and the vehicle was picked up as there did not seem to be any interest in making the agreed upon items fixed. More
