I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade EXT from this dealer. Both the sales person and the finance guy were excellent to work with. They gave me what I would consider a fair offer for my car and a goo dealer. Both the sales person and the finance guy were excellent to work with. They gave me what I would consider a fair offer for my car and a good price on the car I was buying. When I bought the car i notice a hub cover was missing and I was ok with that the wheels were after market and i was able to pick a new cover up for $50. I am a month in to my purchase and I have already had to change the oil, replace the wipers, and replace the air filter which tells me those things must have been overlooked when preparing the car to be sold. I also decided to go ahead and pay my loan off rather than carrying the loan over. When speaking to the dealer i was given the impression that buying a $1800 service contract and a $ 800 Life/disability insurance policy were both required by the loan company. When speaking to the loan company they told me those were not required by them and were sold by the dealer. I called the dealer on Saturday 5/11/2013 to discuss those and found out they will do nothing to refund a service contract and i have to jump through hoops to get a refund on the Life Insurance/ disability. The combination of those two were almost 1/3 of my loan amount. Summary: The sales guy was great, the service department was poor and the loan was sketchy at best. More

We also received what we felt was an outstanding price and after several attempts were presented with financing options (interest rate and term) sealed the deal. Kudos to Al for his work with us! I'd definitely recommend this young man for others wanting to receive great customer service. We did feel like the financing portion of the deal took a considerable amount of time. While I understand the requirements for the reams of paperwork that has to be filled out, felt like the process could have been expedited. Not sure what the caused the delay but once the finance manager started going through the paperwork it was apparent he was very knowledgeable and he took time to answer all our questions. Other than that, we were very pleased with our experience at Long McArthur! More

We have never considered a Ford as we had always bought a Buick. But after the efficient and wonderful service we received in the rental department at Long McArthur Ford of Salina, our minds are changed. We Buick. We rented a Ford Focus for a trip and the customer service and efficiency of the staff, especially Mallory, was top notch.
