I was referred to the Dealership and Mr. Austin Ward by a close friend who has purchased cars from Austin in the past. We were very pleased with the overall friendliness extended to us by all the staff at Long McArthur. We traded initially for a Ford Fusion, but after driving it home, we discovered that it wasn't the extended to us by all the staff at Long McArthur.
