Austin Ward is a great salesperson to work with. This is our 4th vehicle that we have made deals on thru him. Would highly recommend him as your sales person. Steve showed me all of that. He was welcoming, courteous, helpful, and always available with reliable information on my car of choice. (He may have even saved my life after warning me of a tractor-trailer that had indiscriminately cut me off. But at least I got to see how well the brakes worked) I felt no pressure to buy and we came to a reasonable price with my trade in. I would definitely recommend him and Long McArthur to anyone. More
I went there looking for a Fusion. I had a very specific price range, mileage and color I was looking for and they had it. I walked in and the receptionist was very nice. When Austin was asking me what I wa price range, mileage and color I was looking for and they had it. I walked in and the receptionist was very nice. When Austin was asking me what I was looking for he smiled and said they had one in stock. We walked out and it was perfect, everything I wanted. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love. He let me take it home for the night to see if my kids and husband liked it and if it would fit in our garage. When it met both those demands I knew I had to have it. The next day my husband and I brought the car back and I told my husband I didn't want to leave with out it. We told Austin what we thought it was worth and what we were comfortable paying for it. He did everything in his power to make sure that I went home with that car and he succeeded. I traded in my old car and wanted the tag off the front, he even went out there with needle nose pliers to get it off. He was great and I will recommend going to Long Mac to anyone! More
I needed to lower my payment, but still owed a lot on my trade in, with not the best credit. Darin Lee went that extra mile to find a lender that would work with me, and get me what I needed. Bill Weaverling is the greatest salesman. I have lived in Salina for 34 years and I bought all of my cars from him. Nice guy. When we arrived at Long Mc Arthur of Salina, Kansas we were greeted by Mike Lett. We were looking for our salesman that we had in the past, finding out that he no longer was employed there. So Mike with h were greeted by Mike Lett. We were looking for our salesman that we had in the past, finding out that he no longer was employed there. So Mike with his friendly personality said he could help us. We were a little disappointed at first finding out the news about dealing with a new salesman. It didn't take long and we new that Mike would be able to handle the job. We were treated with respect from Mike and he was very patient with us making our final decision, and if we didn't understand something he would make sure we understood before going to the next question. They let us have the vehicle for the whole weekend, because we couldn't make it back until the following Monday. They paid for the gas and we enjoyed driving it, and of corse fell in love with the car. We received a call from Mike on Monday morning and was asked if we were interested in buying the car. We responded by saying we weren't happy with the price they quoted us. He said they would work with us. We bought the car that day and couldn't be happier. After the sale we talked with Luke Vanderloo. He helped us with a remote starter and floor mats for our new vehicle. He also was very friendly, and enjoyable. Our next stop was to visit with the Finance Manager, Mike Solis. We new him when he was a salesman with them, and enjoyed him very much. We had so much fun talking to him, he was very interested in spending the time to get to know us, and at the same time helping us with our financing of our new vehicle. We feel like we have made a new friend. We also meet Mark McArthur, and he also was very friendly and treated us with kindness. This is our 4th car that we have bought from Long Mc Arthur. That is why we will continue our business with them, and we always tell our family and friends to shop with Long Mc Arthur. More

Greeting at the reception desk was welcoming. A summons for a salesman was prompt as well as the appearance of a salesman. Brent was was cordial and patient. Specs were given and Brent presented two vehic for a salesman was prompt as well as the appearance of a salesman. Brent was was cordial and patient. Terms were discussed as to payment limit and offers were very close to terms presented. A deal was made, papers signed and possession was taken. In all it was a very good experience. More
