I was actually going to buy a new fusion at another dealership but wasn't happy with the deal they were giving me. Something didn't feel right so I did a search on the internet and found dealerrater.co dealership but wasn't happy with the deal they were giving me. I had seen that Long McArthur had some good prices on the Ford Fusions and after reading the positive reviews on Darin Lee, I decided to give him a call. I have to say I am glad that I did. Not only was he extremely nice but he also got me a great deal. The other dealership I had talked to had tried to give me $2000 less for my trade and the interest rate they had secured was much higher. When it was all said and done, my payment were around $60 cheaper with Long McArthur and that was on a 5 year loan instead of 6 years. They also got me 0% interest. This was about the only time I have bought a vehicle and didn't feel like I was getting screwed in the end. I can definetly tell that Long McArthur is all about customer service. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle I bought was being shown in the mall and one of the staff members, Rod, even stuck around until 9:00 pm to make sure we could get it that night instead of having to wait until the next day. Anyway, like I said I am pleased with my experience. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, you should really give Darin Lee a call. I almost didn't because I didn't want to have my credit ran again at another dealership but I am extremely glad that I did! Thank you Long McArthur and Darin Lee. I was extremely nervous about going to any dealership, but decided to talk with them first because several friends recommended them. I worried if they would try to take advantage of me or try to talk me into something I was not interested in. From the very first contact I had with Darin Lee it was apparent that he was genuinely concerned with what I wanted. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch and called me several times after my purchase to make sure things were going great and that I was happy. I was so shocked by my car buying experience that I refuse to buy a car from anywhere else! Recently I wanted to upgrade my car and let Darin know what I was looking for. He contacted me about a month later and had the exact car I wanted. Again, my car buying experience was perfect. Our fist encounter with our sales rep was back in December. We looked at several cars and had one that we were in the process of possibly purchasing. We decided that at that time it wasn't particular December. We looked at several cars and had one that we were in the process of possibly purchasing. We decided that at that time it wasn't particularly a good time to add a car payment, so we held off. Monte was very understanding and patient I must add. We returned this month and Monte helped us find a car and financing. We never thought the car we'd be driving would be a Focus since our hearts were set on a Fusion, but turns out that it's the best car and we actually love it more than the Fusion. Thank You!! When I previously tried to purchase a vehicle from Long McArthur the experience was the worst customer service I had ever received. I ended up going to another dealer out of town and purchased a Ford from McArthur the experience was the worst customer service I had ever received. I ended up going to another dealer out of town and purchased a Ford from them. I was so disappointed in the experience that I would not even take my vehicle in for warranty issues that should be fixed by any Ford dealer. I was in the market to purchase another new vehicle and was ready to head out of town, but at the urging of a family member I deciced to try Long McArthur one more time. I am so happy that he did as this has been the BEST customer experience I have had in a very long time. Both Monte Brent & Robert Murphy went above and beyond to get me into the exact vehicle that I wanted. Thanks guys for your hard work. I work for the largest cell phone insurance provider and we pride ourselves on providing the BEST customer service in the business so it is a pleasure to know that Long McArthur also strives to be the best at what they do.
