His assistant, Zach, got my trade in to the shop for evaluation. When the deal was done, he switched everything over from the old car to the new. What a great experience! Called on the phone and sent an online app in. Met Hector the following day. Nice young man. Hector hid nothing and was very honest and straightforward. He knew his paperwork and what he needed so there was no lag in progress. Took about 30 minutes and we were in finance. Meanwhile, they were gassing up and washing our new Escape. Austin did our finance part. What a breath of fresh air. Fun to chat with, knowledgeable, and not out to make an easy buck. No presure. Didn’t push or over explain anything. Again, professional and fun. Overall, I believe this was my best car buying experience to date. I have had 6 new cars before this. So, I’m not new to the game. My sales experience with Kyle and the rest of Long McArthur Hello all, I was making a road trip back my installation when my truck decided to quit. I got it towed to the nearest ford dealership (Long McArthur). Hello all, I was making a road trip back my installation when my truck decided to quit. I got it towed to the nearest ford dealership (Long McArthur). While my truck was in the shop I figured I would go look at vehicles. That's where I met my new friend Kyle, he didn't approach me as a sale or a customer but as of we were family. I told him my current situation with he truck and my financial status. We sat down and he took my information and he was gone maybe 5 minutes and told me I had good chances for 2 trucks on hand. I drove them and Kyle was just great, we were having conversations as if we knew each other for years! So we went back and he ended up getting my mo they payment lower than initially rough estimated. The financial part was only a seamless 30 minutes and I was on my way. Everyone at Long Mcarthur treats you right and it's awesome. Ive never seen any dealership like this one. Only thing you got to watch for with Kyle is that he likes to turn your heated seat on when you're not looking!! Highly reccomend!! More
