Alisha checked with us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Alex took us through the finalizing process without frustration and made us feel like we were not leaving anything on the table. Darik is an amazing, patient, and knowledgeable salesman that never made us feel pressured and left no question unanswered. He went above and beyond to make this buying experience unforgettable!! This is our third Ford purchase from Long McArthur, even though we are not from Salina, and it will not be our last! Thanks everyone!! More

Chris did a wonderful job answering all my questions about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy a car I couldn't actually look at but Chris helped that process go very smoothly. He was willing to FaceTime me to show me the car and sent pictures of under the car within just a few hours. The dealership and Chris set up a couple of drivers to meet me half way to pick up the car so I wouldn't have to make a 16 hour round trip. Signing paperwork was easy and nice to be able to read it at home and take my time. Thanks Chris!! More

Visit Long McArthur for all your car needs! I had been looking for my dream car for quite some time and finally came across Long McArthur! They have an amazing online system but I decided to vi I had been looking for my dream car for quite some time and finally came across Long McArthur! They have an amazing online system but I decided to visit in person to test drive the car. There I met with Lonnie Smith, by far the best sales consultant I have worked with! He was super understanding of what I wanted and was very patient. He was not forceful what so ever! Long story short, I ended up getting my car at Long McArthur and could not be happier with the customer service and car! More
