We had gone to a few different dealerships; spoke with a handful of sales associates with no luck. Finally, we came across Long McArthur Dealership which was about a 45 min drive from where we lived and decided to go since the truck we needed and wanted met all of our qualifications. Driving there I was preparing to be overcome with stress, hassling, and for sure a headache along with my purchase—but I was so wrong! As soon as we arrived we noticed our truck was pulled up to the front lot with a sign that read, “Reserved for Logan”. Shortly after we were warmly greeted by a gentleman who was very kind and directed us to Dan Penner. Dan Penner was absolutely amazing, he never pressured us to hurry up and buy like most dealers do, he answered all of our questions with a genuine response and made our car buying experience extremely easy and exceptional. Once it was all said and done, I wondered if this was in fact real. I was so amazed how smoothly this process had gone. 10/10 Amy Renz was recommended to me by a fellow coworker of hers. I called her the next day and set up a time to come in. I went into the lot with the mind Amy Renz was recommended to me by a fellow coworker of hers. I called her the next day and set up a time to come in. I went into the lot with the mind set of just looking! To see what the options were. I walked up to the door and it was opened for me, the receptionist was very friendly and offered me a water while I waited for Amy (which only took about 1 minute or less)! We sat down and started paper work and she was very relatable and very friendly. I had no idea was I was talking about or doing and she helped me every step of the way! She listened to what I had in mind and what I could and couldn't do. The minute I saw my car I fell in love! Amy went and got the keys and we took it for a test drive, and I told Amy to do whatever she could to get me this car... and she really did! I got there at 2:30 that day and didn't leave until 9:15 that night! She ran back and forth to the sales booth more times than I could count! She even gave me help with insurance! She refereed her husband and he actually found me the cheapest rates! Everything worked out and I decided to get the car!! There was a mixup with insurance authorization (which no one could control) my entire car buying experience was amazing!! Amy is not only a great car sales woman but a great person! Also every employee I encountered was very friendly and welcoming! Thank you Long Mac for a great new car and a great experience! More
