Initially we were leaning towards purchasing another GMC vehicle, but have never felt satisfied with our previous experiences with other dealerships. Since we live 2 hours away from Salina and my husband was extremely busy tending to spring crops, I had little hope of purchasing something in the month of June. Once I contacted Darin, he went above and beyond to help us out. Details were arranged over the phone and when we finally had a rainy day, we were able to test drive and inspect the vehicle we were interested in, sign paperwork and drive home in our Lincoln Navigator in less than 2 hours! He even came into work although he had the day off for a class reunion! We won't waste our time anywhere else- and neither should you! More

The process was a little lengthy with a lot of sitting wait time to see all the different people we needed to see to complete the purchasing process. The only thing that kept it from being an excellent experience was that from the time we said yes we wanted to purchase the vehicle to the time the financial guys got everything together was 3 hours. That seemed excessive. More

Bait and switch Added $1000 to the asking price of the new car after coming to agreement on price on trade in. Didn't realize until we had already paid and gone.
