I almost didn’t take my vehicle in to Longo Toyota because I was embarrassed that all I needed to have done was to have the pressure of my tires checked and to have one tire repaired. (I had tried to because I was embarrassed that all I needed to have done was to have the pressure of my tires checked and to have one tire repaired. (I had tried to have this done at a couple of tire shops but was always told my wait time would be at least 1 1/2 hours!). To my surprise I was treated as if I was having a big repair job being done on my vehicle! Wasn’t put aside. I think I waited a total of 15-20 minutes. That’s the kind of customer service I appreciate! More

On Monday, May 05, I purchased my first car ever through this dealership, and the experience was excellent. Sales consultant Jeffrey Tomita made the process smooth and easy. One most likely just overlooked and the second due to the seat being occupied. Jose assured me that these imperfections would be corrected at time of my next/first service. I will definitely drive the 1 hour to visit Longo Toyota rather than my local Toyota dealer due to the fact that my experience was so positive. More
