I absolutely love my 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Longo out did themselves again. I bought my 2015 Rav4 there too. Michael Kim kept me notified about my car through the entire process. I was happy with the service, but unhappy they disconnected my dash am and alignment and never told me about it until I called to inquire why my dash cam wires disconnected. Then atleast put it back with alignment or should have a disclaimer they will disconnect and reconnect and will be liable for issues. My camera is now disconnected More
